We handcraft our award-winning single origin chocolate to highlight the distinctive flavors of the world’s finest cacao beans. All our cacao is directly sourced from the small farmers we’ve met on our travels throughout Mexico, Central America and South America, and here at our farm we carefully roast, stone grind, and conche small batches of these beans to bring out their hidden flavors. We’re also one of the few chocolate makers in the country to fresh press our own cocoa butter from the same beans we use to make our chocolate! The result is incredibly smooth and flavorful chocolate that stays true to the unique flavors of the cacao.
