Sudbury Celebrates 375: Call To Local Businesses And Groups For This Years 4th of July Parade & Main Street Sudbury Events

The Town of Sudbury will be celebrating the 375th anniversary of the incorporation of Sudbury Plantation on September 4, 1639. There are some opportunities for volunteering in support of  Celebrate 375 events.

First, we ask that you consider sponsoring a float for the Chamber of Commerce’s Fourth of July Parade. The Parade is an annual event that that draws large crowds from Sudbury and surrounding towns. This year we hope to make it bigger and better than ever before by having floats that depict events and places in Sudbury’s history or in the history of your organization. Second, please also think about having a booth showcasing your organizations activities on “Main Street Sudbury” at the September 6th Field Day and Fireworks event at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. Your booth can document your organization’s history, its current contributions to life in Sudbury or the future of your organization. There is no charge to participate in this way.
