Dear Friends and Neighbors,

For the past 16 years, the Sudbury Chamber of Commerce has taken over the responsibility for the town's Fourth of July Parade.

Our 8-person committee work hard all year to recruit the best bands and entertainers to participate in our town's annual celebration. Our July 4th parade continues our hometown tradition to build fond memories for adults and children alike.

We are asking you to help us by making a donation toward this worthwhile event. Last year's parade cost over $18,000 !

We hold 2 fundraisers annually, the FIRECRACKER BALL and the SUDBURY OPEN.

The FIRECRACKER BALL, a dinner-dance with a silent auction and raffle, is our annual fund-raiser to pay for the parade. While the dinner-dance itself is usually a break-even event, the silent auction and raffle are the key moneymaking activities of the evening.

SUDBURY OPEN The Tournament is a 'shot gun' start at 12PM at Marlborough Country Club where up to 144 golfers will come together and play in a 'scramble format' to raise money for the Annual Fourth of July Parade, programs and services. The Success of these events depend highly on participation and sponsorship from our members and residents of Sudbury.
