Dear Sudbury Businessperson,

For the past 17 years, the Sudbury Chamber of Commerce has taken over the responsibility for the towns Fourth of July Parade.

Our 8-person committee work hard all year to recruit the best bands and entertainers to participate in our towns annual celebration. Our July 4th parade continues our hometown tradition to build fond memories for adults and children alike.

We are asking you to help us by making a donation toward this worthwhile event. Last years parade cost over $18,000 !

The FIRECRACKER BALL, a dinner-dance with a silent auction and raffle, is our annual fund-raiser to pay for the parade. While the dinner-dance itself is usually a break-even event, the silent auction and raffle are the key moneymaking activities of the evening.

If you could make a donation of cash, a product or service, we would be very grateful. Just contact any committee member listed at the bottom of this letter. It is all so very important to our community!
