Wow – can you believe it – the 2012 Event Under the Tent is only weeks away. May 19th will be here before we know it!
In addition to buying tickets, we are actively looking to our community to help provide added value to our evening and we are pleased to share with you a few additional ways that you can contribute to the evening while also getting a nice benefit to your business, group or organization.
As you likely know by now, The Event Under the Tent is a great celebration of Sudbury, but it also has a much greater purpose as the proceeds from this event go directly to funding the Sudbury Chamber of Commerce 4th of July Parade.
Silent Auction:
We are pleased to once again be featuring a silent auction at the 2012 Event Under the Tent. Last year we had some really amazing items and services that were available and this year we expect another rich array of auction items.
Pennant Program:
In addition we are very pleased to announce that we have created a Pennant Program for this year’s Event. Each Pennant will be displayed inside our main tent during the night of our Event (May 19) and will feature your business name. These Pennants are available for purchase at $50 per Pennant. Even if you can’t make it on May 19, purchasing a Pennant is a great way to support a great cause – the annual Fourth of July Parade! We should also mention that as these Pennants will take time to produce we have a hard ordering cutoff date of May 1, 2012.
How to Participate in These Programs:
Should you want to donate at this years auction or purchase a Pennant please reach out directly to one of our Board Members and they will begin to process your information and to provide you with further details.
Again, we are all starting to get very excited about this year’s Event Under the Tent. Last year’s response and turnout was really great and we expect nothing less for 2012!
